These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MVP Reactors' services. By booking a discovery call or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide AI-assisted MVP development, including design, coding, deployment, and handoff.

2. Payment & Pricing

The standard package is $3499 USD, fixed. Custom work outside scope may incur additional fees, which will be agreed upon before work begins.

3. Timeline

Typical MVPs are delivered in 3 business days after scope confirmation and payment. Delays due to client input may extend this.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund after Day 2's live check-in if you're unsatisfied. You may also choose to keep the code built up to that point.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear requirements
• Be available for calls or approvals during the build
• Not request illegal or unethical functionality
• Any other digital or technological platforms we provide ("Our Platforms").

6. Intellectual Property

You own the full rights to the final product after delivery and payment. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise).

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered product.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies agreement to the latest version.
